FAQs
Can you legally marry us?
Yes, I am legally authorised to officiate marriages under the “Marriage Provisions of the Civil Registration Act, 2004.” I am happy to assist you with completing the brief paperwork required by the HSE. There are venue restrictions applied by the HSE, I am happy to talk you through this and find solutions to create the ceremony you want.
Do you offer symbolic ceremonies? We have already done our legal ceremony.
Yes! A symbolic ceremony is the perfect way to celebrate your love, no matter where or how you’ve taken care of the legalities. The beauty is in the flexibility—together, we can create something truly magical that reflects you.
What kind of ceremonies do you do?
Many couples come to me unsure of exactly what they want, and that’s perfectly okay. Through our conversations, your hopes and vision for the day naturally unfold. I often draw inspiration from Celtic rituals, which reflect the spirit and wild beauty I feel deeply connected to, but every ceremony is shaped around who you are. My role is to listen, guide, and weave something truly magical—offering ideas and possibilities, some of which may resonate deeply, and together we’ll find the ones that feel just right.
How far in advance should we book your services?Up to one month prior to your ceremony date—subject to availability. Your date is reserved once the booking fee is paid. For legal weddings at least 3 months is required due to legal paperwork.
For Funerals and Celebrations of Life, these occasions arise at a moment’s notice. I visit with the bereaved to prepare a meaningful ceremony within the family's time frame.

Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely. You can, and if you'd like help, I'm here to guide, advise—or if preferred, even write them for you.
Can we include elements of religious traditions? Yes absolutely—each ceremony is unique, and you're welcome to include any religious traditions of your choice.
What do you charge for a ceremony?
Every wedding is unique, and my fees reflect the care and time that goes into creating your ceremony. This includes our meetings, planning and discussions, the writing and refining of your script and delivery of the ceremony on the day.
How is booking confirmed and how is the balance paid?
Your ceremony date is confirmed when a €100 booking fee is received along with a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions. The remaining balance is usually due two weeks before the ceremony.
